Pool Renovation Plans

The Gowrie City Council and Pool Board has commissioned the professional architects of
Larkin Aquatics to create a building plan best suited for our community. 

The highlights of the proposed plan include:

·         Zero depth entry into the shallow end.

·         Replacement of the recirculation system including, gutters, filters, pumps, chlorination/chemical feed, etc.

·         Creating an ADA accessible bathhouse with adequate toilet and shower fixtures to meet code requirements.

·         New pool amenities may include:
 *  Tot Slide
 *  Water sprays and water arch
 *   Interactive dumping buckets
 *  Shaded mother’s bench
 *  ADA stairs and ramp to
     transition from the shallow to
     deeper water
*   Basketball goal
*   Floatables
*   Climbing wall
*  25 yard exercise lanes
*  ¾ meter diving board
